Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan is probably one of the toughest bowlers to play but the right-hander has revealed the name of the batsmen he finds difficult to bowl at. Rashid in a conversation with ESPNCricinfo said India captain Virat Kohli is someone who pretty hard to bowl to.

“The batsmen who try to hit you in the gap, like Virat Kohli, are pretty hard to bowl to. As soon as he finds out that this ball is a bit off length or a loose ball, he is going to hit you in the gap,” Rashid said.

The right-arm bowler further added that Pakistan captain Babar Azam and New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson also have similar kind of batting technique.

“Kane Williamson and Babar Azam are similar. These three batsmen are harder to bowl against because you have to be accurate against them - bowl the perfect line and length,” Rashid added.

The spinner is presently with the Afghanistan team for the World T20 2021. Afghanistan will begin the campaign against the top-ranked team of qualifying Group B in Sharjah on Monday. The side will then lock horns with Pakistan in Dubai on October 29 and play the second-ranked team from the qualifying Group A in Abu Dhabi on October 31.

Later, they will be up against India on November 3 in Abu Dhabi itself while playing their last league match against New Zealand on November 7 at the same venue.
